Join us for Fun in the Sun presented by Syncrude

Feeling the winter blues? Looking for a taste of summer fun? Then we have the event for you. Bring your family and friends to the Syncrude Aquatic Centre Saturday, January 26 from 1-5 p.m. for a free family day of Fun in the Sun!

The event will feature complementary snacks and beverages as well as lots of giveaways and your chance to win an iPad and other exciting prizes!

Here’s a look at the day’s activities:

1:00-5:00 p.m.   ~ Multi challenge will be set up in the shallow competition pool

1:00-5:00 p.m.    ~ Ping pong tables and foosball tables will be set up on the pool deck

1:00-5:00 p.m.    ~ Conga Line once an hour

1:00-2:00 p.m.    ~ Races in competition pool (canoes, tubes)

2:00-3:00 p.m.    ~ Relay races & games in leisure pool

3:00 - 4:00 p.m.  ~ Deck games:

·         Hula hoop contest

·         Hot Potato

·         Human iPod

·         Treasure Hunt

4:00-5:00 p.m.  ~ Volleyball in the training pool

4:00-5:00 p.m. ~ Waterslide races & river races
